In an effort to provide a broad range of automation options for our systems, Beckart now offers a powerful software program for monitoring, reporting, and controlling the treatment process from start to finish. RSView is a Windows-based human-machine interface (HMI) application for which standard templates have been developed to suit the different types of systems (batch or continuous), and which are then configured for individual project requirements.

With RSView, users have access to several major screens from the main menu, including treatment status, filter press status, set-up, alarm history, trends, and control screens. RSView is particularly useful for a variety of data reporting features, such as cost-to-operate, cycle times, 24-hour flow rates, chemical consumption, and discharge pH.

The new software has been brought online along with recently upgraded display options that include industrial flat panel computers in our control panels. Touch-pad displays as large as 17 in. diagonal are now available in our standard 40 X 60 control panel.
