DAF Filter Press Installation – Nitrile Gloves
Beckart Environmental completes the installation and start-up of a state-of-the-art industrial wastewater treatment system at the 1st U.S.-based manufacturer of Nitrile Gloves in Columbus Ohio. This system features dual DAF systems and dual 1600 mm 200 PSI membrane filter presses.
These filter presses are elevated to allow the compressed cake to discharge directly into a roll-off dumpster. The presses are fully automatic with auto fill, auto squeeze, and a fully automatic plate washer. The design allows for each press to cycle multiple times per day as needed. Fully automated, high solids in dewater sludge and automatic filter cloth cleaning when needed.
